I'm a kind of into Brain, unknown, mysterious area.

 

My interest in Brain has been getting bigger as I get older.

The first curiosity started with the fact that our brain has plasticity, it creats new connections between neurons even when we become over 60. Another curiosity started with the fact that our feeling, even body condition are affected by hormones released from the brain. The latest curiosity is comming from my memory issue, because I feel my brain is not functioning properly these days. Then I spotted this book, it's like Somebody gave me this book as a solution to my worries. 

 

I've read this like I'm studying, feel like a medical student. :) 

Most important things to slow down dimentia or improve our brain functions are as below.

1. Exercise 

2. Sleep

3. Stress reduction

4. Healthy exposure to Sunlight

5. Learn new things

6. Nourish

7. Connect

 

After completing the book and writting down the key points, actually they're not new. 

There are tons of news articles and postings regarding this. 

There's no magic secret to dramatically change our brain funciton.

That's why we need to start our daily life gradually considering the factors above.
